Hookah/shisha information- help me prove my dad wrong...help greatly appreciated

so i am under 18, and smoke shisha out of a hookah occasionally at a friends house. my parents are aware that i do this, and my mom gave me permission to do so. a few months ago i asked her to buy me a hookah and a good amount of shisha for personal use, and she said we would talk about it. well she basically agreed to it, and wont talk to me about it anymore until i convince my dad, who is VERY anti smoking (my mom smokes cigarettes/cigars all the time, but is quitting).

he is looking online and finding all the BS biased articles on how MACHINE BASED tests (which smoked shisha at a very different rate/style than hookah smokers) prove that 45 minutes of hookah smoking is = to 200 cigarettes (complete bullshit).

i would REALLY appreciate it if some of you could help me out to find some factual pro-hookah/shisha articles online, that could be creditable to help me convince my dad and prove to him that shisha smoking in a controlled rate (not every day, once or twice a week, three times at most), would not be as hazardous to my health as his sub-par internet skills helped him find out.

i will love you for ever and ever, please this is really important to me. he's pretty ignorant with any smoking related topics and i want to show him up. peace :thumbsup:

mention that when you smoke tobacco through shisha, it doesn't have addities like cigarette tobacco. secondly, tobacco tars and nicotine are soluble in water. Tell him the bad stuff is filtered out with the water. and then point out to him the amount of tobacco being smoked is no where near 200 cigarettes. Point out some measurements to him...
