My eyes are always dry...

Omfg, this is getting annoying. My eyes seem to always get dry and they burn a bit. What can I do to stop this dryness? :p.

Use Visine whenever your eyes start to hurt. If you wear contacts, eye drops are a must. My buddy wear contacts and his eyes turn beat red after smoking and burn like crazy.

Smoking dries out your eyes, so just squirt a few drops of some Visine in there and the burning will be replaced with a mild, cool sensation. :D

I like rohto v's or however you spell them. They burn when you start using it, but after a while they make every other eyedrops feel like tap water.

Hey orangeman,

Id say more than likely you are dehydrated.

A quick look at your urine is a good indicator. If it is dark yellow you need a more water. You want a very light color yellow at all times.

The standard 6-8 glasses of water a day is what you should follow.

This will keep eyes from drying out, cells functioning properly, joints lubricated, toxins moving out of the kidneys etc.

Its real important especially this time of year in northern lattitudes as much of your internal hydration is lost out of your skin.

Avoid soda.
