get more light.

keep the light as close as possible to the plant without touching it. floros are ok, but slower growing occurs. if you can save up and get a 250wtt hps or mh , that would really boost the growth of your plant in your closet, otherwise, floros will work, but alot slower

Your plant is going to starve for light with that little amount , add four to six more of the lights you got should be good :)

stick with the floros for now, try getting more floros and try to get it up atleast 8000 lumens for best results, and keep the floros close if you dont want streching. They are good for early stages. Then get a red spectrum like high pressure sodium when you flower. 70 watt HPS is as low as you ever want to go in a closet.
