hey,
its been REALLY hot here, like most everywhere else. My mother is under 24 hr light in the garage and I noticed small buds forming. When I say hot, i mean plus 100 degrees.
Any thoughts?

Unless you've got a strain of the Ruderalis species plants only bud according to the photoperiod so no.

Well did you check the time you set the lights for? Are you turning the lights on and off manually? Like I said, your probably giving them less light and more darkness which can induce flowering.

Then either you mistooken something else on your plant for a bud or your plant is of the Ruderalis family :p.
