you put shake in it, and then put your one hitter in to fill it up then take your hit.

Your turn the top thing and there are two holes, On one of them the bowl pops up as you turn it. On the other hole nothing pops up. You just put your weed in there and when you want a bowl you just take it out and dig it in the other one filled with weed.
