Hello everyone, we're in Paris Ont, & are actively fighting the prohibition laws. Kinda got shoved into it & then jumped into it, since we got busted. We're back in court Oct, 4. We wanted everyone to know that the laws on M.J. are very clouded right now. The courts admit that the law died on Aug 1, 2001 Terry Parker Day, but they say a judge resurected a new law on Oct. 7, 2003. The problem with that is only parliament can make laws, not judges. (POLCOA) Oh, and the judge that they say resurected this law....he refused to put in writting that he made a law. SO there is no order saying the law is alive, which takes us back to Terry Parker Day!!! We're in court Oct. 4 to challenge the laws again with our motion. Go here to read about it http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MedPot-discuss/message/7400 or here http://www.medpot.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=10379 You may need to read through.
If there's anyone out there that's been charged with an M.J. offence that wants to stand up & fight back instead of lying down & taking it in the rear, just let us know & we'll help get you in court. Nothing used in the motion can be used against you in your trial & if we win there is no trial. So what have you got to lose? Let's clogg up the court systems Canada wide & they'll have to listen. By the way you don't need a lawyer & it's free. Only the costs for photo copies.

What did you get busted for? Like how much did you have on you?

I haven't been charged or caught by cops, I am simply curious.

We had a whopping 20.2 grams between the two of us...They charged us both & our daughter who was home at the time with possion & possesion for the purpose...even though we told them she had nothing to do with it...We are medical users, but we're not going to use that defense unless we have no other options left...We want to try to help everyone. After reading all the things that Terry Parker, Marc Paquette & John Turmel & alot of others went through to get the laws beat down, we felt we had to at least try to help. We are in better health than most that are in this fight & have the time to spend on it.
What we'd like to see is a pay it forward kind of setup, where we help you & you help 2 others & so on...if the courts get jammed up with cases, they'll have to make it of National importance & stop charging people.
One word of advice if they do come to bust you....be civil & honest...they appreciate that.....the cops are only doing what they think is their job & alot don't agree with it. We actually get along very well with our arresting officers, because we don't blame them personally... If yuknow anyone that would like the help, let us know we'd be glad to do what we can :o)

Wow that is PATHETIC!! I certainly feel for you!! My son and his band "sidesixtyseven.com" are actively involved in the cannabis culture out in B.C. too. They really need to start cracking down on the bigger guys vs the little guy anymore!!! Go snuff out the real crime...{the crack dealer/dealers}

It is sad how they treat it like a deadly drug...it's safer than booze. What about the cocain dealer who sold some shit that was spiked with rat poison & killed at least 3 people in a town near us? They're really screwed up with their priorities....
Glad to hear your son's getting involved. Tell him to just keep his eyes open & he'll be able to tell who's really there just to screw things up. Not all activists are really trying to help. There are some high profile peolpe that pretent to be on our side, but do things that show they're not. Terry Parker started all of the challenges to the constitution rolling, check out who he trusts & doesn't trust & why...a real eye opener.

December 8th the B.C. court stated that M.J. possesion is not illegal....We say it's about time people were told the truth & it won't be long before the whole country knows it.

Well it's been a while since we visited here. We have been very busy trying to put our life back together & have continued our crusade to legalize M.J.

We faught for over 2 years in the courts...all the way up to the Appeals, which is the highest court in Ontario, next to Supreme. We abridged 3 other cases to ours who were having trouble getting their own appeals...pulled a fast one on them. We appeared in court one time with Steve Corosa as the crown & John Turmel pointed out to Steve what a media freinzie it would be when the papers got a hold of the story.

Next thing you know our crown attourney calls us in for a meeting. He made us an offer we couldn't refuse....for our daughters sake. She was in college at the time & the stipulations were to much to expect her to put up with.

We have continued the fight & helped two people get their charges DROPPED & one is now growing legally :)
The minute the crown saw us with them they said they had no interest in the cases anymore....just like that.b So some good came from our ordeal :)
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!!!

Anyone needing help with charges, even just getting your stipulations changed, please feel free to contact us. we've started a club, go to our url & look for the BUDS 4 LIFE link.

All the info you're looking for is at Canadian Cannabis Legal Defense Resource
Canadian Cannabis Legal Defence Resource (http://ccldr.net)

or GOOGLE POLCOA

John Turmel is the man putting together the FREE kits & Terry's case.

The kits are working very well & at least 20 people have gotten out of their MJ charges & not just possession either! They also work for past charges since the Crown has been lying about the law since 2001!

They are at the Appeals level right now & there are at least 5 others trying to join cases together to make a bigger impact! The more people who join cases, shows that there is an urgency to be heard!

The Crown is of course trying to have Real Martin's case thrown out, his mistake was in asking Judge Rosenberg, who is the very same judge that sided with Terry & gave him an exemption.

This should prove to be very interesting!

Anyone want their charges to go away?

If ANYONE wants more info please don't hesitate to email us @ [email protected]

Im glad to hear it all worked out Buds 4 life -- and this post is more for the people reading than yourself.

Im voting Green Party, Pirate Party, Marijuana Party, Communist, Or last choice Liberals. This would help stop discrimination for pot users. If you ever been harassed or inconvenienced because of your pot smoking, but have never voted when you can, your an idiot. If you vote Conservative and smoke pot, you are a bigger idiot, as they want to throw all pot smokers in jail. Vote for your right to exist, and get your friends to vote for your right too !

Voting takes 5 minutes, but can affect your life for the next 4 years. If you have protested hours on end, but have never voted, your an idiot.

Laws change, politicians are the ones who change them. Different politicians change laws in different ways.

Vote and get all your friends to vote. You do not need to be more of an activist than that. dead stupid easy.

This world is full of Haves and Have-nots, if you are reading this forum, more than likely you are a Have-Not. Since we outnumber the Haves, lets not let them dictate to us, what we can and cant do.
