What you do to get EXTERMELLY high, im talking like not being able to talk high is you take 1 cigarette and shove it up your ass just keep shoving it up there until you feel a really strong buzz coming on.

Not to my knowledge. There's a buzz from cigs and certain products can be marketed as incense that get you high. Like salvia.

Incense has 5 main ingredients... wood pulp; potassium nitrate (to light the incense); an adhesive such as gum arabic; water; and an aromatic material. its been so long since ive been able to get a buzz from a ciggerette
thats my problem and whenever i do smoke them i want the buzz so i just keep smoking them until i get it then later regret it. and by later i mean it is really pretty immediate.
