My first seedling "MJ"

In short, my friend gave me some good seeds (better then what I had been getting) and i put one of them in a 4x4 plasic case with potting soil and over the course of 3 days I GOT MY FIRST SEEDlING!!!! it did start stretching but now i got a 50watt grow bulb about 6-7 inches away from it when i can i will get some pics but im looking for advice from anyone who is kind enough to give this noob grower would be awsome!

ummm 50 watts im not much of an indoor grower myself but you may need a bigger light..... anyway some advice on growing dont mess with your plant too much make sure it gets plenty of light and dont water them every 2 hours other than that good luck and hope you get a female....

Get some Compact Fluo lights. Get the highest wattage you can. Get about 6, start off with 1 or 2 and have them about an inch away from the plant. As the plant gets bigger, add more, untill you got the top covered, and you got side lighting.

more light and closer to the plants...like Lip said get some cfl´s or fluoro tubes, and get that top covered....
