Hey, Do you guys think this setup will get good results?

I wish my set up was that good I just leave my two plants (Bastilla & Kreia) outside in the sun I hardly ever water the bitches.... I actually forgot/gave up on them and then one day they just sprouted and I was like "HOLY SHIT they're growing!" so yeah I'd say you got a great setup ; )

that can work... youll evenetually need to rearrange those lights.

yes i think you'l need more light and if you could a cab. would/possibly be better cause then when it's flower time you can close the doors and get no light in, plus you want and area that you can put lights all aroudn the plants.

You'll need more high wattage CFL's. You'll need them on top, and at the sides.

The fluo at the top wont make a blind bit of difference, its too far away from the plant.

well if you can't move the lights.....move the plants......place the plants on a crate or some books to raise the plants closer to the lights....

yeah get higher wattage lights and allow for the light to surround the plants the plant will develope more evenly and that menas better buds. and get a fan up in there

nono, LST is Low stress tying. It means you tie your plant down in a fashion that allows the entire stem of the plant to be exposed to light. This way you get big buds all over, instead of just the top.
You asked about my light bulbs... all i did was get an adapter from home depot that allows me to plug a standard size bulb directly into an outlet. I got 4 of these along with extension cords and hung them from the top of my box.
You can wire your bulbs a number of different ways tho.
What i was showing you was how i tied the plant down... I kinda used the SCRoG methodology and just tied the entire plant down in one direction to it grows sideways. Of course the plant doesn;t grow sideways, so you have to keep bending the top down every few days because the plant will want to grow up. Once this is accomplished, you can place lights right on top of the entire stem (moving fan leaves and tying them downwards belo the plant) so you can get light to all the bud sites.
