Just water with plain water,ph'd.and it'll come around in a few days!I had to learn this the hard way! It's still got a long way to go! We'll see improvement,I'm sure! I know what it 'll do for the yeild.lowers it!It's just plain stress to have to recover from anything!

I think the rule of it is 3 : 1 so 9 gallons? I might be wrong but I believe that is the ratio.

yup 3 times the volume is the norm. If you use flush products then you can get away with less.

putting 9 gallons of water through a 3 gallon pot is totally unneccessary unless you have severe nute BURN...

Or a final flush. But 3 times the volume is still what is recomended by almost all the books out there. Not that I agree with them all but on this point if you use only water then yes they still say 3 times the volume.
Spend 10 bucks and flush the easy way.

FloraKleen & Clearex come to mind first. I like the florakleen but I use GH nutrients too.
