Should have put in the thread title that you were giving spoilers... not cool.

Either way, I wasn't planning to see it.. but that ruined it for those who were.

Ah well.. from all my friends that have seen it, they say it's very disappointing.

i went high as shit and saw it with my friend. it was pretty good with special effect, some alright fight scenes, but little story behind characters.

well you kind of had to follow the first two, and even then you really had to know some of the background that you could only get in the comics. I saw it opening night at midnight, so needless to say I was high beyond belief. It was good, but the second one was still better. It was, however, a good end the the trilogy. A bunch of my friends still think they're going to make another one, but the way they ended it, they just can't make another without totally tarnishing the previous three. Phoniex was totally badass, and gave me chills when she freaked out and went into 'destroy-everything' mode.

lol, that kind of sucks someone ruined most of the movie, but hey, it happens. You had to expect something to be ruined with a thread like this. Oh well, still, go see it for a non-stop ride. It was a bit over-dramatic at times, but you'll have that with such huge stars.

more spoilers

I saw it on thursday at midnight as well, and I was totally stoned. It was full of action, definitely the best of the three. If you watch the movie and actually pay attention, you realize that nobody is actually 100% dead. prof X can transfer conciousness just like he was explaining to the students before he felt phoenix for the first time, we never actually saw scott die, and obviously we have to accept the fact that jean grey is so powerful in the movie you can't just kill her. I personally thought some of it was bunk though, how rogue went in and took the cure....that's bullshit. I guess it's ok though cause the chick that played shadowcat was hotter than the rogue chick anyway....

o they have 2 more to come out from what i read. they will make another because they keep talking about gambit coming into the scene......and that rogue and wolverine will develop a relationship when she gets older, member that stuff was just temp. so she will get her powers back......

haha, shadowcat did NOT look better than Rogue. Shadowcat was like 12, come on !

and as far as any sequels in the future, all they have are scripts written at this point. No one has signed on to do any other movies, so at this point, nothing will be made for a while. They should have brought Gambit in this newest one instead of fucking with that stupid iceman-rogue relationship. Lol, no one cares about those little kiddies. Where is Gambit?

Gambit is a badass, so is Cable. I wish that they signed Alan Cumming, Nightcrawler was sick.

shit, i missed that^ because i wanted to get out so bad. that movie was terrible compared to the first two, it was corny, the story was crap (lots of unnecessary stuff), and it was really boring ( i fell asleep about 5 times during the movie) new director fucked it up

Okay, FINE, I too will apologize, though it goes against all my beliefs.

I'm sorry for hinting at the clip after the credits. Sue me :D

I saw the movie, I liked it a lot... I think this movie is enjoyed more by the people that loved the comic and cartoon. My favorite part was when wolverine was trying to get to pheonix towards the end, I'd say it was nice effects. My friend made us stay until after the credits because he somehow knew that there was going to be the clip.
