night time light during flowering

sadly, I live in a city, so during the night in my garden it is not completely pitch black and am worried about flowering. On my last outdoor grow, I was living in a different place and it was pitch black. anyone else experience this problem or any suggestions what to do. it's pretty dark outside. just not completely

the light probally isnt the best for it but it really shouldnt effect it that much (unless it gets a large amount of light for example if its under a street light.)
