Growing...garbage cans?

Hey everyone!

So, this is my plan, tell me what you think.
I have one 400W hps, and one 600Wmh lamps. I want to start a few plants in 2 garbage cans in my walking closet. I think it might work, though I am thinking it might be too hot in the garbage can for the plants, and I am concerned about starting a fire.
I will line the garbage cans with Mylar and I have co2 producing microbes which I will be using. I am a relatively new grower, and need some advice. I am most of you understood what I am trying to do, but for the people who would like a visual aid, I have drawn a picture. Hope you like it.
I am thinking I might need a fan, though I have no idea what to get. One which is relatively inexpensive would be nice.

thanks for the comment, but I do live on my own. I just want them to be tucked away from the outside world. though, I have the space but I do not have the money to buy some cabenet to put them in. any other suggestions?

how big is your closet and is it an apartment?.... and does your landlord live on the premesis?

it is very large, and no she does not live anywhere near the permesis. I am just worried about friends of mine comming over and discovering them. I want to keep them on the DL, know what I mean?

WAY to much light....the only thing I think you could do with garbage cans is line the interior with flo's. That would pretty much kill your room for a plant though. :confused:

yeah try a small cabinet and make sure its not made out of any metals cause that will absorb lots of heat

Here is an idea.... go clean out a closet....paint it whit or use mylar, take the door knob offf throw it away...lol...go buy $8 locking door knob with a key install....NO PEEPING FRIENDS NOW....then go looking on the other threads in this room ...TAKE NOTES...lol Walk into your closet sit down inginst one wall LOOK around picture what you just have read in all the threads....as long as you already have the lights....that is the $ part..the rest can be made from junk,garbage,used things ...even if you was to have to buy somthing like a rubber made tote you could still make a whole hydro set up for less than 15$ I swear, I do it for buddies all the time. Now i wouldnt be sending in pic.s to high times or anything like that ..lol..but if you get freaked out you can throw it all away and be out very little money. Keep in mind..as long as you keep everything stable, ph,nutri,water,light you can grow using anything...boot,fistank,bucket,and on and on ....just trying to help ...peace

With mylar in an enclosed metal space, with a 400, and then a 600, you'd start a fire fo so.

You need to get a closet, or something, spare room to grow it in, it'll be so much easier
