K2 skunk has a very high percentage, its underestimated by seed sites.

Anyways, I think White Widow (mine) are 18.9% or something like that. And I think White Russian (from Serious Seeds) are 24% or something.

But, as LIP said, anybody can turn SUPER-weed into shwag....

The best strain has to be the Ice, if you compare quantum and quality the Ice has 23%+ and can produce yield up to 500gr + My favourate is the blue berry it has 19.5% THS and sweat and very long lasting high and it smells like blue berry.
