Here in the Netherlands it´s Amnesia Haze at the moment.

It's not white widow, all though its a big contender.

K2 skunk has a very high percentage, its underestimated by seed sites.

But anyone could turn the best cannabis plant in swagg if they dont care for it.

Anyways, I think White Widow (mine) are 18.9% or something like that. And I think White Russian (from Serious Seeds) are 24% or something.

But, as LIP said, anybody can turn SUPER-weed into shwag....

as far as I can see 23% thc indica is the strongest known so far ...is what I keep reading where ever I go.. and it is White Russian
