Wearing vests covered in military patches, a band of motorcyclists rolls around the country from one soldier's funeral to another, cheering respectfully to overshadow jeers from church protesters.

That's awesome; people should support and respect soldiers' efforts.

This is the point these "people" are trying to make:
"Shirley Phelps-Roper, a daughter of Fred Phelps and an attorney for the Topeka, Kan.-based church, said neither state laws nor the Patriot Guard can silence their message that God killed the soldiers because they fought for a country that embraces homosexuals."
Kind of ironic....some of us thought all the religious fanatics were in the middle-east!:smokin:

I heard about that. At first I thought they were protesting at gay soldiers' funerals, which is terrible in itself. But seriously, are they kidding? Protesting at any soldier's funeral because the country allows homosexuality? I wonder if Phelps has a "cure" to this "problem." He's crazy.
