if watering: no i doubt it, plants need oxygen around the roots & co2 for photosynthesis (around the leaves). co2 may rise up through the leaves from the soil, but not nearly enough to make a difference.
if you were to leave the open bottle in the room, it would increase the co2 but still not enough. a lot of people use sugar, yeast & water. as it produces co2 when its fermenting but unless you use loads that doesn't really make much difference either

It would go flat before there was any helpful level of CO² in your room.
You did not say it was a yeast and sugar setup.

Gives off CO2, but I'm not sure how much.
Should be similar to a baking soda vinegar reaction, however less initially intense, but much longer lasting.

Sugar yeast and water
for a set up good for 20 cubic feet use a gallon jug, 3/4ths gallon water, two cups sugar, and a table spoon of active yeast found in the freezer section of the grocery store by the cheese. Mix the yeast in hot water first before you ad it to dissolve it. poke a hole in the top and shake atleast once a day. If you drink alcohol wait two months and enjoy. The ph will drop to a 4.1. You will know when to replace it as the yeast dies when the alcohol reaches a certain level.

They also can get hotspots from water droplets. CO2 is not needed in the dark and who wants to take a plant out of the light for 2 hours a day to dry for a quick does of CO2 that is not effective as they are not getting good light. Will they get co2, sure. Will it be benefical, no.

CO2-tabs
- For a quick and rich bloom of your Cannabis plants -
With this package of CO2 Tabs you will possess a revolutionary new and very powerful product aimed at cannabisplants on any growth medium. These simple - and cheap! - Tablets are specially developed to replace the complicated and expensive CO2 fertilizing systems used until today.
Growth stagnation of plants is often caused by a shortage of carbondioxide; in badly aired spaces this shortage can be dramatic. With CO2 Tabs you can offer the carbon dioxide directly to the roots of your plants and significantly increase the speed of growth.
>> read more about CO2-tabs <<
Only healthy plants will be able to effectively use this extra input. During extensive testing we perceived as the possible side affect a shortage of magnesium due to the high speed of growth. To effectively prevent this we have added 1.2% magnesium sulfate. The tabs release the CO2 in the water and thus stimulate the growth. Healthy cannabisplants can absorb many times more of this important nutrient CO2 as is available in the air.
Attention: Adding CO2 short before the dark period doesn't give any results! During the dark period the plant doesn't absorb any CO2. The tabs bond the CO2 about 4 to 6 hours to the offered water.
Application: When your plants (or cuttings) are healthy you can use 1 tablet per 250 liters of water. In hydro systems you can also simply add the tablet to the barrel. Overdosing is neither harmful nor useful. If you want to add the CO2Tab instantly, first solve it in a cup of water (gently crush the tablet with your finger in the water) and mix it the with the water that is intended for the plants. Apply twice weekly for optimal results, and preferably during the whole growing cycle of your plants.
The use of CO2-Tabs is environmentally friendly and poses no harm for plants, pets, birds, insects or microorganisms. Adding CO2 Tabs to the drinking water can temporarily lower the pH. It is advisable to regularly measure the pH (of water and soil). High or low extremes interfere with the plants ability takes up nutrients. Use Bacterial to recycle the extra waste (a result of the increased growth) into nutrients. CO2 Tabs and Bacterial are an ideal combination for your plants!

Funny you should say that about HT, I was there on Friday and my supervisors are actually in a meeting in New York AS I TYPE. We are featured in a full page ad in C Culture this month and next, so keep an eye out for our advertising.
To answer your question, our product lasts for 60 days. We get asked a lot, "if I turn it off for 30, can I run it an extra 30 days?", and the answer is no. Regardless of how long you let it rest (or not rest), we guarantee the combination of ingredients produces maximum amounts of all-natural Co2 for 60 days. We do suggest putting the system on a timer that coincides with your lights-on phase to get maximum amounts of Co2. That "rejuvination" technique works well on a daily basis.
Thanks for your interest in Co2Boost. If you search for "Co2Boost" in the nav bar above you will find a post where a member has a picture of our product in use. You can learn more about our product on our website- www.co2boost.com.
If you have anymore questions feel free to ask and don't hesitate to contact me directly via phone or e-mail..thanks C.
Best Regards,
Zachary
