if emmery gets extradited to america for 'selling mass amounts of weed' we should extradite Bush to afghanistan for sending out misguided bombs and murdering innocent people.

Emery is the man. However if he is extridited he wont be shipped over unless its across the st. lawerence or one of the great lakes geniuses! Canada is neighbor to the US.

I think he should stand trial here... I don't believe a jury would convict him... Provided he does get due process... Might be a major precedent...

if must first be tried in canada as to wether or not he will be sent, if he is sent it will cause turmiol with canada as well, right?

so the us is screwed either way as i see it...

Are you kidding? If tried in the U.S, Emery will be convicted sure as shit! He's already admitted to all the charges, and if the jury goes by the law, (Which they must) Emery is toast!

Don't make him go Canada! You people have better sense than the U.S., so stand your ground! Oh, and if you do exdradite him, be ready for riot, and a new ruling party next election. The conservatives will be toast after such a facade!
