well i did a quick research instead of look at my bulbs and compare it to the ones at the store.. turns out i have 90w CFLs...

FLE24TBX/SPX27 Biax - soft white 24w (replaces 90w incandescent)
- 120VAC 60hz 400mA
- 1580 lumens

But i have 4 of them...

I also got 2 FL tubes and another light... am I in good shape??

You are in decent shape... i have three plants under 3 150 watt CFL's and I'm seeing fast and steady development of my ladies... You should be fine with those lights, just be sure to keep them about 2" away from your ladies... Properly water them. Do you have a venting source, fans, ect???

Stay UP :rasta:

It is one of the most important stages... it sets ur plants up for the rest of their growth... you want a strong start to promote a strong finish... love your ladies and they will love you...

No, you have 24w CFLs. The "replaces XX watts" number is completely worthless. Pretend it doesn't exist. Four 24 watt bulbs is hardly enough to even bother with.

aren't the lumens wat counts??

Yes, and four 24 watt CFLs will give you enough lumens for a yeild of about half an ounce, if you're lucky.
