New Realization

Hey all, just thought I'd share with you my latest insight. - had it while on acid.

Ok, to summarize what this is - Is that trends, society, media, EVERYTHING is shaped the way it is now thanks to drugs - more namely - marijuana and psychedellics. You see people who dont even smoke wearing tye dye clothes, hemp jewlery, and listening to music that was created by someone who was most likely under the influence.

But the keepers of this style are the ones who DO use cannabis and psychedellics. We're experiencing what everyone should be experiencing.

I realized this when i was on acid and was looking around the room watching the colors of air swirl together to form the more beautiful vortex and spiral light. BEAUTY was created by those to tried to find it..

We've found it, and the rest of them are looking.

hey if you really look at it in the US it is all cause of hemp
back in the day thats what they wore, worte on, made moneys out of (which i still think they do to stop counter fiting but that is what i think), made the first flag out of it really has shaped this place so i think he might be right but maby not we may never know

very well put. alot of people are looking for beauty and peace of mind and we have it. they just can't get past what they've been taught all their lives by marijuana commercials or even the smell. or even some of the lazt bums who use it so they think "i don't want to try that." i'd like to hear more from you when you trip. please do post your idealism.

yea drugs have definately shaped the world as we know it...think about how different it would be without them

as well as with what you've said, i think alot can really deal with how people are shaped to have to strive to be the best in their position. that feeling inside has progressed alot lately with the ability to actually broadcast these feelings internationally via television. actors are the evolved version of what used to be our paid entertainment, aka servents/jesters or whatever [long time ago]. now with actor's/rockstar's being our main form of entertainment like the slaves used to be, it's different. slaves were poor and could be found anywhere. these actors are something special in their appearance and their crazy demand, they have caught on to that, they make more than us and even now as we speak we wish they weren't so rich and wish we were them. the whole strive to be "them", which is really an ongoing cycle if you think about it, could very well be seen as man's influence for anything. the strive to become what is seen as important and the strive to prove that they do not see being important as anything special can very well cause the exact same outcome: your influence upon the world is determined and basically caused by the desire to acheive what you believe you want. when what we want changes, as does our society. as our society changes, so do the reasons why we feel we should change what we want.

To support what the main poster think's, let me ask you: what the fuck kind of non-stoner can spit out the philosiphic shit I just said? peace
