In the world of drug testing, no news means good news. You will be notified if there was any problems with your sample.
If you are currently sitting at the house, waiting for the employer to call you, and if theres no word by Monday or Tuesday, give the employer a call and ask "what date can I start work?"... That question would open the door wide for your answer as to passing the test or not. ;)
Never mention or discuss to the employer of anything drug test-related. That makes things look bad. A goody-too-shoes clean person would never do that, so you want to assume the mindset of such a person. Carry on with the everyday activities in the way a clean person would.
