forxfarm or anything with wormcastings perlite maybe some sand for dranage no bark makes the roots work harder and make sure the mediums been sterilized dont want any insect eggs hatching a week into your grow that would suck.. good luck

How do you sterilize the "(mediums?)"?

you dont but usually in hydroponics shops they have some homemade soil premixed and what they do is they pop them in the oven for several minutes to kill anything that might of been living in the soil roots bug larva ect ect... gotta love that warm hydroponics shop soil
