What does Dark green mean?

got some weed today (yay) (ill post a pic later on this thread) and its got REALLY dark brown hairs and its really REALLY dark green. any ideas on what strain it could be?

defiantly not. smells strongly of pine, lots of crystals.

hmm crystals, dark green, dark hairs...no one can really tell you what strain it is except the grower, but I could guess that it is a indica/sativa mix which are my favorite.

Actually, Sativa dom. strains tend to be a lighter green, and Indicas tend to be a darker green, but that's when they are growing. I find the buds tend to darken just a little bit when fully dried/cured.

If it's a happy medium, though, then it's probably a sativa/indica cross.

my friend once had some a bud of some dark green bud, he busted it open and it was pure red hairs. i've never seen anything like it before or since but man did that one bowl get me ripped.

I had some that sounds exactly like what the topic creator has, and I was so psyched cause it smelled and looked AWESOME. But it wasn't, I had to smoke a lot to get high. Like, a joint didn't satsify me.
