DXM advice

So I want to try DXM for the first time. I've been reading up on it a lot so I know what to expect and how much to take but since I'm a very cautious person I'm here to double check.

I bought a bottle of Robitussin Honey Cough. The only active ingredient is Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 10 mg.

The whole bottle will be 236 mg of DXM and i think that's a good amount to start. I've been told 300 but I'd rather do a little less.

I think I'm good to go but can anyone else tell me something I don't know?

can someone remind me why its enjoyable again? I did it once and only remember the part of having no sense of balance, I think I enjoyed it just can't remember why? And you should find the calculator on erowid (shoot for 1st, if you hit second thats just fine too)
