Painkillers sell well in some areas, and there's almost no market for them in others. Also, it depends on what type you have. The strong opiates and synthetic analogues tend to be the most popular, although some prefer weak stuff like codeine and tramadol is great IMHO.

Um...sad to say, my mom would probably sell me to gypsies for some Vicodin. I don't know much about it because I have a strict no narcotic painkiller/pill policy myself, but I'd estimate they're about $5 each.
