First of all what kind of painkillers do you have?? Painkillers come in various strengths.. the stronger the more you can get out of them generally. Post back and let us know what kind you have.

Painkillers sell well in some areas, and there's almost no market for them in others. Also, it depends on what type you have. The strong opiates and synthetic analogues tend to be the most popular, although some prefer weak stuff like codeine and tramadol is great IMHO.

Um...sad to say, my mom would probably sell me to gypsies for some Vicodin. I don't know much about it because I have a strict no narcotic painkiller/pill policy myself, but I'd estimate they're about $5 each.
