I read it in a paper that if/when holland legalises the growing of marijuana then the price will go down by 60%.
So imagine what the price would go to in the rest of the world where it isnt legal?

If marijuana was legalised the price would go down because there would be no risk of prosecution.
SO it would be 40% of the price that it is now.

Well the price is definitely as high as it is because of the risk. If it was legal to be grown I don't think John down the street would be able to charge nearly as much. :) It would be a buyers market.

If it were legal to grow it should go down to the price of cigs because Hemp is actually easier to grow then tobacco plus can be grown in many climates and conditions that tobacco can not.

Yeah^
also, drug dealers know they can sell it for high prices
Cocaine bought by drug dealers in Columbia charge about 10x the amount it cost in America for them to buy it in the first place... one reason is because of the risks... it's easy money for them.

in the 60's/early 70's pounds of red panama ( decent weed... some say the best stuff they've ever tried; and they're still smoking stuff now ) went for $110 a pound.
Well... things cost more then they did in the 60's/70's... but still it was alot less back then

When I start serving, I think I'm gonna charge £15 for 3-3.5g (amount depends on how generous I'm feeling). But thats only if I get like a kilo from it.

if i was selling bud, i would sell it, decent pot, for $15 1/8...still get a profit, and everyone would want it
