Yeah I read that, it is ridiculous. They were talking about cannabis mentions in emergency room visits. But they were implying that it was cannabis that caused the emergency room visit in the first place.

I cant believe they can say marijuana is addictive when even caffeine is more addictive and it is legal for anybody of any age. Most people in rehab for pot are probably there because they got introuble somehow and they are doing it to make themselves look good. You dont see people all over rehab clinics for other legal substances that sometimes can be tons more addicting. How can you also believe any data posted about marijuana most of the time cause there is so many conflicting "studies" done on it. It seems that ever study done that is published by some sort of government organization or something similiar is completely biased and therefore accurate data can never be gathered.

Yeah I only read until it said that the data was inconclusive. Is it really possible to get addicted. I have never had an uncontrolable craving.

I just read another article on AIM about it, the one everyone was talking about comparing pot to cocaine and heroin. So I am gathering that drugs that cause people horrible addictions and dependences, and also increase crime rate in some cases to pay for the addiction are less dangerous than pot. They say that there are ton more kids in rehab for pot than all other drugs like it is a bad thing, well shit, I hope there arent a bunch of coked out teenagers in rehab. I am thankful it is that way over the other. And of course they do more pot than alcohol. It is easier for them to get a hold of most likely. The government tries to play so many games with the public and it is sad how stupid so many can be that they actually listen to everything they have to say at face value. The government isnt what is wrong with this country, it is the ignorance in most people that listen to them without a second thought.

"They make it sound like the THC levels in marijuana were almost nonexistent, but no one would have smoked it then if that was true," she said.

"And there's evidence that the stronger the THC, the less of it a person smokes. I don't want to say it's good for you, but I'll say (more potent marijuana) is less bad for you." -Krissy Oechslin

I like what she has to say

The percentage of youth age 12 to 17 who had ever used marijuana declined slightly from 2001 to 2002 (21.9 to 20.6 percent). Among adults age 18 to 25, the rate increased slightly from 53.0 percent to 53.8 percent in 2002. The percentage of young adults age 18 to 25 who had ever used marijuana was 5.1 percent in 1965, but increased steadily to 54.4 percent in 1982. Although the rate for young adults declined somewhat from 1982 to 1993, it did not drop below 43 percent and actually increased to 53.8 percent by 2002(1).
