Pests suck

i have these little catepillar things(very small) with black heads that are eating my plants and making a white web like formation on some of the leaves, how do i rid my crop of these pests?

ohh and i have ants too, do they do anything negative?

apparently a dilute solution of warm soapy water works but never has for me, i use bug bombs or sprays and close the room for about 15 minutes for about 4/5 days
