scratched cd how can i clean it or reburn it

i have this cd its so scratched up i cant find a way to rip it i tried using iso buster which usually rips anything but u can still hear scratches in ripped songs
any ideas what i could do

The all new JML CD cleaner, just put the disk in, spin it 'round and the disk comes out like new. (As seen in Makro, you know it makes sense).

Other than that, spit on it, and clean it with your shirt/trousers :)

put the disc in luke warm water

toothpaste works sometimes, clean it with toothpaste..

i heard that before am i spose to just put toothpaste over the whole cd and wipe off with water

Try using EAC. **LINK** (http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/) I've seen it rip songs perfectly from some pretty scratched up CDs. It may take awhile though, depending on how bad the CD is.
