broken bubbler...HELP!!!

alright
i just bought this magnificent glass bubbler
its beautiful
however, too many bubbles in the bubble wrap got popped and it got hit against the ground just right (or just wrong i guess)
now i have a magnificently broken bubbler
here's the thing
it broke into exactly two pieces that fit together perfectly
now, if i find the right sticky substance, i think i can fix it
does anyone have a suggestion as to what glue and/or something else i should use?

as long as its not on a heated part of the bowl, use super gleu and duct tape

putty it up on the inside and then electrical tape that thing up like you never have before. make sure it is all sealed
