Ive had that happen many a time.
I have one cat that I was convinced she would never eat anything but her own food. She would never take treats or anything. Well for other reasons I had recorded my home when I was out and on reviewing the tape I can see that the little sneak just loves snack foods, like my dish of snacks, cereal bowl leftover milk, digestive cookies from my kid etc. So for 9 years I have thought her to be a health food cat but she sneaks into my shit when I leave and lays on the table for a nap till I come in. then she goes to the couch as I come home.
Hehe, I love cats.
