Just seen on the news that in England alcohol will be sold 24hrs a day from midnight tonight, so you British/English people get out there, and get wasted ;)

Yeah, i love those.

Well the licence has started at the same time a new study has shown a very high death rate of people fronm drinking.
It'll be cool though, to know you can get a drink in at anytime :D

Cool. I believe they stop selling alcohol at 2am in California.

I have a year and a half, give or take about a week, until I can buy my own without an acquaintance doing it for me. Hopefully I'll be able to control myself. :cool:

There's two places in my home town where they'll be serving to six in the morning!! Wooo!!! A night club Liquid and a bar/pool hall Red Red Red

Hope they do this New Years too!!!

Where i live post-club violence is quite a problem, so by some amazing stroke of genius Leicester County Council have decided it's a good idea to have small speakers on lamp-posts in the city centre playing classical music after the throwing out time. Personally, i think it's a stupid idea, but they claim it has calming effects.

Some shops have begun to play high frequency noise outside to stop gangs hanging round. As you get older you range of hearing starts to go so only people under 18 can here the noise. Wonder how long it'll be until they start using something like that outside clubs and bars.
