i just planted seeds today after germanating them do i leave the floros on 24/0 or 18 /6

MY BABY ROOM IS LIT 24/7, UNDER 2 100W CFL'S. HERE IS THE FIRST BATCH AND THE NEW BATCH, AND THE FIRST BATCH NOW, AT 33 DAYS. AINT THEY PRETTY?
