I found this outside...

I found this outside today. It is on a stalk and other leaves are growing from the top of the plant. It smells a bit minty but I have yet to dry it and burn it. I don't know a lot about weed but it looked like it (just whimpy little leaves). I doubt its even smokable. Could it be a form of cannabis?

dear emilyk, well i take it you arent a grower ha ha.... well yes that does look like cannabis, and may even be... but you dont really smoke the leaves... that is a common misconception by people.... you smoke the flowers, or generaly speaking the sex organs of the plant, that is what makes the buds.... i mean if you smoke it... you may feel something..but prolly just woozy ha... sorry to be a letdown, but unless you want a headache that prolly wont be worth smoking. Although, some strains of pot, when grown under good conditions can form a nice resin glaze even over fan leaves... so if you have anything that can give you atleast a 30x magnification check out the leaves and look for the resin glands... if you dont see any that means all ytou would be smoking is plant matter and no thc which is no good.. hope i helped... later

well i found the same shit in vermont it smells like mint i burnt some and got a pretty good buzz just it only lasted for about 30 min or some shit it smells like weed when you burn it. a lot of peeps think its a new kind of pot or some shit well catch you later

ok ppl listen up, she had no idea, ive found that shit growin on like fields of like weeds ( actual weeds non smokeable weeds that kill plants ) and on my schools soccer field, its called indian hemp, it is smokable but i prolly wouldent smoke it, its noemally used for makin hemp string.

if u realy did find it then its probably just hemp
if u stole it then its probably weed and you should store in a warm well ventilated place till completely dry then it will be smokable
