up where i live all the mail(usps) goes to the post office. fed-ex and ups will deliver to houses. will dhl?

Yes.

They compete directly with Fedex and UPS.

yay.. do they require signatures?(like on a 15$ shipment of salvia)

It depends if they designated whether they need a signature in order to release the parcel.

I highly doubt it. I think Salvia companies realize the median age of their customer base lol.
