OKay this is my first grow and I'd mucho respect it if you guys (the experts) could tell me if I am on the right track?
Okay, I had 2 seeds left in damp cotton wool and after two days once they both had a small root sticking out of them I put each of them in separate small pots into a slightly moist soil.
I have now put the two pots under a 15w fluerosent light about an inch and a half from the pots.

Okay so, do I leave the light on 24/7 at the moment? Is an inch and a half a good distance? Does everything seem okay?

Good question. You want to make sure they are in a slightly warm spot..

Any more help than that anyone?

sounds fine. The light does not need to be so close until you actually have a sprout.
I mention this cause I have concern that the light being so close could dry out your baby.. although highly unlikely.

Thanks mate, what do you think a light like this one will get me before i would need a new more powerful light?

one 15w flourecent is not enough light nad your sprouts will struggle to grow. I would suggest you go out any buy a couple 100w CFL's ASAP. Put one above each plant and that should be a good start.

Aren't they like really big? How much would one of these 100w cfls cost?
