White spots on seedling's leaves....help!

my friend just called me and said there are a couple very small white spots on the leaves on our seedling. what do i need to do, if anything, and whats going to happen to our baby if we just let it go? is this serious or minor? help :(

Is the air moving in there with them ? Stale air well bring PM ( Powdery Mildew ) besides helping the stems build strength to hold those soon to come buds.
