White spots on seedling's leaves....help!

my friend just called me and said there are a couple very small white spots on the leaves on our seedling. what do i need to do, if anything, and whats going to happen to our baby if we just let it go? is this serious or minor? help

Is the air moving in there with them ? Stale air well bring PM ( Powdery Mildew ) besides helping the stems build strength to hold those soon to come buds.
