i'm attracted to my supervisor at work. she's roughly eight years older than me, but gives me a promising look of relations. i need some help. i don't know how i should approach her and maybe i shouldn't, but it's just so tempting to have sex with an older lady. any suggestions will be appreciated.

well if any are appreciated dont' flame me for what i'm about to say.
i don't think you should honestly, cuz if it does work out then goes to hell she could fire you out of spite (just by waiting for you to screw up and using it to fire you and not getting in trouble) and if it doesn't there will be alot of weird tension. (i'm not christian this just is how i think) temptation is usually against you. most of mankind covet something they can't have, or don't have the means to gain. it's just human nature.

on the other hand if you really want to get to know her, then first be sure she's not already seeing someone or intrested and talk to her in the office or whatever, get to know her a bit.... maybe drop a hint or two you wanna get with her. after a couple of weeks invite her out to coffee or something of the like, nothing that could signify an actual date, rather a 'get to know each other better' meeting. drop stronger hints there, let her know you don't want there to be any tension between the two of you in work but you do like her and want to know her alot more, maybe get together offically down the road. job and personal relations have to be handeled more cautiously then everyday relationships, especially when one person has power over another.

Of course always be discreet in your relationship.
