Yes, Marijuana has been proven to reduce your short memory span _While you are under the influence of the herb_. It's not like everytime you smoke, you're dumber, which is sort of what the gov't implies.

When I smoke sometimes I get memory problems, but I haven't really had trouble concentrating or recalling many events since I started smoking daily.

Weed improves my attentive-ness, and when others are stoned, I can tell they are concentrating hard on something.

Weed has fucked my memory up, my short-term one that is. I just hope it wears away and i get my decent memory back eventually.

It's hard to tell if my memory has gone down because I can't remember if my memory was better before....get it? And as far as concentration goes im pretty sure it doesn't. Whenever I bake before school everything the teacher says is interesting.

It didn't make me stupid, but I sure lose alot of lighters. Unaware of any studies, but anyone who's smoked alot of pot can tell you the short term memory gets affected. THC is related to a brain chemical called anastatine, which is used to forget things. Sounds bad, but do you really want to remember the tag number of every car you saw on your way to work this morning? For the rest of your life?

i dont think that it is perminant, if you stop and quit for like a few months and get all of the stuff out of your system im pretty sure your memory goes back to normal. there is things you can do to combat it like being healthy eater drinking tea and doing memory exercises and junk, but who has the time to care, sorry just smoked my self up real nice

Yes, it goes back to normal in a few months, not that it was all that dangerous to begin with.

Yes it effects my memory, I notice it all the time, but it's so temporary, I gain back the good memory even better than I had in a couple days of not smoking.
