Plant info wit Lights

Alright how big, tall w/e will a plant get with 2 4 foot, florecence lights??? and another question, wat store bought fertilizer would be good for nice buds, cuz i cant order shit???

im gonna grow with lights 2 man so i dont know to much about this but you should be ok as long as the lights are really close to the plant and as long as none of the light is waisted. but i could be rong.
