Where is a good place to get a 250 or 400 watt HID lamp? Not looking to spend mega bucks, but don't want to roll the dice on e-bay either.

I just bought 1000w off ebay for $65 There were several real good deals there 2 days ago...I've bought 3 lights off ebay. By being patient, I got 250hps for 60 bucks...
400w mh for 65 bucks and now 1000w hps for 65 bucks,,,you make the call...1650watts for less than $200...
