Growing in a Window?

Hello,

Just wanted to know the success rate of growing seeds in a up stairs bedroom window that gets direct sun...

I just planted them two days ago and already have sprouts. I planted three seeds in three pots with good drainage. Two have sprouted.

Any suggestions?

It depends alot on where you live, you need to get enough lighthours to encourage vegitation.

i have never used a window but it should work as long as you fert. and water well, but i go with the small room, painted white, with well just a fantastic growroom

it won't work. cannabis is not a houseplant and needs far more lumens than what passes through a glass window...not to mention with fall coming they won't veg long enough to amount to anything. just break out the wallet and spend a few bucks for a shoplight, a timer and a grow guide. shouldn't cost ya more than 50 bucks for a pauper system that WILL work.

Del... I agree with u on the seasonal issue, but...I started my tree in my bedroom window because of it was too clod to plant just yet, but mine flourished! Look at some of my posts. But, I guess it would depend on where u live. I say, it doesnt hurt to try, if its just an experement.-emtpockets:)
