Junkboxers Pics Updated - do they need to be trimmed

im in a little bit of confusion here. i dont know whether to trim them or not. ive been told that i dont have to and its the leaves that need sun, not really the buds...but then agian there are soo many of my buds hidden under leaves and they are smaller than the ones in the sun. i wanna trim it a lot to the point where its mostly just buds and a few leaves. what do you reccommend i do. its my only plant and i wanna keep it growin real well.

Do not mess with those fan leaves. It can be done, that is removal of some, but unless you are very lucky or experienced, you are courting disaster.

The leaves that have grown have done so because the plant and environment dictated it. You cannot alter that.

You can however, tuck some of those fan leaves that are hiding the buds...just tuck them behind the main stem and use twist ties or cigar cleaners to anchor them.

How far along is she in flower? 3 weeks?

u know...thats one thing i should really know about, stages that it. i mean ive been growing weed for a few years and have been doing it successfully. never needed to know when the plant is in what stage. i germinate them.....and once they sprout i keep them healthy with big pots for plenny of root growth, lotsa sun, and weekly miracle grow feedings. i guess im still a noob but its always worked out well for me. what are the stages? isnt vegatative stage b4 flowering....how do i know when its changed stages? all i can tell you is, is that about 3 or 4 weeks ago i started to see white pistols. this year im gunna start growing indoors so i guess ill have to know more about the stages. btw....is it possible to have a cheap hydroponic system is a closet. say 4 ft by 3ft? thnx peace

STAGE 1......get good seed.
STAGE 2......Germinate...seedling
STAGE 3......VEGGING...you dictate how long this lasts :) (indoors)
STAGE 4......FLOWERING.....you take the light and force 12/12...it will flower in a week.
STAGE 5......HARVEST....at the perfect time :)
STAGE 6......DRY & CURE


Each stage has different needs. Study up on each stage and get some pics to guage your success compared to others.

We all like to show off our babies....kinda like we like to show our little pee-pees when we were kids :)

ye ill take some daytime pics 2marrow. they allways come out better during the day.

definitely don't cut those fan leaves. They will fall off soon enough.. When they turn brown and come off easy you can give them a gentle tug and take them to your poor ass friends and they can smkoe them.. heheheh
