As far as cool stuff to do here well...... I find the club scene here in Louisiana is too overcrowded. All the clubs around here are just fuckin breeding grounds lol! Night Clubs/bars here suck, IMO.

As far as hippies, I guess i'd be considered a hippie/stoner cause all I do is get high and chill but most people here are either thugs or wanna-be thugs, so its kinda hard, in a sense, to find a friend thats into the same stuff your are.

We got a few movie theaters, a couple malls. My favorite places to go spend money is @ the Local Headshops, Wild Things and Ra shop.

There isnt much in this town really to do other than going out to eat, the occassional movie, and getting high.

What kinda stuff are you into maybe I can be more of a help.

well i been a dead head since 84 so im into smokin growin and live music. had to leave a bunch of pink grapefruit in ohio. i come from a very liberal village, yellow springs. if ya know dave chappell hes from there also. very wooded area so most my time was spent in the woods when i wasnt at a show. also into cars. im a mechanic and i like to build cars. last year i built an 8 sec. olds cutlass. i got an eclipse,2001, thats runnin high 12's. but dont really do car shows unless its my car there.

Same here, I love to grow and smoke my crops, best feeling ever. You'll soon find out that pink grapefruit or any kind of exoctic bud is unavailable here, unless you yourself produces it, it sucks.... And if ya do find something is gonna be taxed up so much just by the way it looks, not by the way its tastes and/or smokes. You really gotta know somebody in this town, like really gotta know somebody, lol! I find this town (BR) to be focused more on the urban culture, if you want live music and a more stoner like atmosphere you gotta hit up LSU's campus areas, the chimes will have a monthy live music show, if thats what ya seek but it can get a bit crowded and a bit loud, they serve alcohol.

Watch the cops in denham springs and livingston, they are THE worst parish/city cops around! They NEVER let you go for anything and they are ALWAYS looking, this comes from much experience unfortunantly. I can't stress that enough. The cops all around are pretty strict but the ds ones are the most strict.

I'm really into imports, I used to have a few CRXs but I totalled both of em. They had integra ZC motors in both w/ a few upgrades (pipes, speakers n what not), nothing special but they were fun cars! That eclipse sounds fun as hell. They got a couple drag tracks around here if your interested in that too.

I have a s13 240sx setup for drift, just rocking a rebuilt stock motor for now, but im slammed on coilovers and 15x7/8 +0 wheels :) The dragstrip is No Problem Raceway in Donaldsonville, not far from where ya'll are in BR. They have midnight madness drag/drift all the time. I'd suggest going check it out.

Glad to hear you've had success w/ finding the exotics. So what do you pay for these buds? Like I said if you know where the good weed is then you dont know what its like to be unable to find the dank, b/c you always have it. I guess my circle of friends/dealers just dont have good connections or something but we all try to find the good stuff but mostly fail. We can usually get some purple but thats it. Im really into growing now so my chances of obtaining exotic buds are much better. I currently have some hashbberry, kalichakra, and piefke's power growin. The Piefke's power is a cross between NL#5, Haze, G-13, and White Widow.... God like genetics! So ill soon be puffin on the good!

No, LOL. The last time it snowed here was a few years ago for only one day, it was barely enough to cover the grounds. Its such a rare occurance for louisiana to see snow, much less freezing temps. We are a very warm state.

Oh oh oh, I gotcha and I totally agree with you. IMO, the people in this town are crazy drunk ass wannabe pornstars (the ones that are @ the clubs every night its open) and I mean that in the nicest way :thumbsup: You cant go to a club, or as least I can't, in br w/o someone checkin your girl out/hittin on her. This is the classic one in BR, all the thugs are famous for this one... Someone picks a fight with you just because you looked their way, WTF is that!? Its a damn club I can LOOK @ whatever the fuck I want too, now touching and violating someone private space, I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. I stay out of the clubs and most public places b/c im high ALL the time and I hate bad vibes and drunk people who dont smoke weed.... Just seems like ever time I give it a shot im just deeply disappointed in the people of this city.

i usedto have a trick s13, i was running a nos ijected ka-24e. not sure what the actual 1/4 time was but i do know that it would eat up and spit out s2000's. i lost it when the law decided to try and stop my street racin. now i got my mitsu, 3.0 gt stared with borlan exhaust, injen cold air intake, crane cams, accel ignition , wicco pistons and i beam rods , griffen 3 core radiator , extrernal oil cooler/filter, ported out intake and bored my throttle body. then just for fun i put the nos on it , wich rap my fuel lines to cool em down and blows thu my air filter to cool my air charge. i specialize in transmissions so im runing a automatic with a manual vavle body that will out-preform most standards. its a pretty fun ride. paint is royal hunter pearl blue (purple)with stock ground effects that have been modified to allow better breathing and less resistance.

im assuming your talking aout the new 3.8 ltr? i cant answer for positive but i would say no. unless he just used the turbos off of a twin trbo 3000 gt. wich even thn there would most lkly be a lot of fabricating and a bunch of money spent. any thing is possible if ya got the cash to pay for it. but i doubt that the 2 would be a direct bolt on. differant heads , bolt patterns and not to mention internals. ya cant run stock compression with turbo, unless of corse its already factory charged. and also you cant even just do the motor swap, the km tranny has about 6 different bolt patterns so gettin the right one youd be lucky.
