How many of you go to the gym and lift/run, etc.?
i do 20 push-ups every morning when i wake up and before i go to bed. and i also do crunches before i go to bed. i also walk my dogs around the block twice a day, i consider that exercise.
surprisingly this has worked well for me for the 3 weeks i've been doing. i'd say this is the best physical shape i've had in my life. i'm 5'11', 145lbs....and you know my shit's toned...sorry...i can be proud though, right. shit, no more than a year ago, i weighed 210lbs.

yea i work out i can bench like 130 at 14 and i can sqaut like 225 so im doin pretty good what about u?

im currently to lazy..but i really should start i need to lose some weight and theirs alot of diabetics in my family and heart problems too i dont have any yet but i really need to lose some weight and get fit though

Im 16 and I just started weightlifting recently, I use to be a skinny piece of shit, but Im starting to get cut now... a lil bit.
I may be overtraining though, so im slowing down for now.

I think I already answered this on the other thread, but oh well.
I work out every other day. I do Pilates (2 basic and 1 advanced) and strength training right after

I lift about 4 times a week, but run about 6 times a week. Lately I've been lifting 5 days a week, but on the 5th day, I tend to keep it lighter than normal.

I can bench press 70kg's and i'm 6'2" and weigh about 13 stone(d) ;) lol..
I am toned as well because i swam for a club 3-4 times a week for 8 years:)

The only workout I participate in is working out how Im gonna get my ass outta bed! lol
I am a personal trainer so I have to work out or the clients wouldn't be impressed. I have my own gym at my house so its not hard to get in the mood to train. BTW do you guys realise that if you smoke weed on a regular basic & workout that you are wasting your time??

run 2 miles every morning,weights 3 times a week.i used to be chubby but lost 65 pounds in a year without any of those silly diets.

i lift weights about 3x a week, bench (my body weight), curls, rows, ect., run 4mi in about 36min 3x a week bike 1-2x a week sometimes i do sprints too, besides taking my dogs out to care for my plants about 1-2mi in the deep woods with 4-6gal of water about 3-5x a week.
btw jekl, i don't think that pot really bothers my training except for my lung compasity(sp) and function.

im 6 3'' 160 lb
bench 185 curl 60 each arm
I skate(board), bike, walk like a mile or two to work and then back everyday but thats not much of a workout. I was in wrestling and weight-training during the school year and could bench about 100, I'm 6'3" and weigh about 165 LBS. I've got my own bench, bar and dumbells-and weights of course so its not to hard to work out, I also used to do 200 sit-ups and 60 push-ups before bed, I increased by 5 every night. Currently-with work and skateboarding and all that, I'm a lazy shit.
BTW do you guys realise that if you smoke weed on a regular basic & workout that you are wasting your time??
And how is that?

Oh yeah, i ride my bike (BMX so no gears, so it's hard work on the legs) 4 miles a day.. on my paper round, which i need to quit, as it cuts into what's left of my social life, it's one mile to do it, then a mile back home, and i do that twice a day (4 miles if i'm not mistaken ;))

i lift weights at least twice a week and i walk my dog everyday, i'm acitve in sports like baseball and american football, and i'm goin to join the George Foreman Boxing gym this week which is pretty close to my house, i just foudn out yesterday where it was......maybe i'll get to meet the man that made such an awesome grill!!

Just started lifting weights a few times a week, running about 4-5 times a week, and playing tennis as much as I can with my friends. Used to lift back in high school but its been a little while so I'm getting back into the swing of things.

I just play basketball...some mean basketball at that lol. Work also always keeps me goin and on my feet to, so i consider that my excersise. I'm 5'11 and 160. Can't complain.

Lift bout 3 - 4 times a week. Got baseball twice a week. Two more days with the team personal trainer for my ball club. Swim, jog, yoga. Oh and I'm also a personal trainer, thus working out is a must =/ Other then that, smoking a nice fat j then working out the right arm for a good hour does wonders. Too much to list...

i used to train and ill start again in 2 weeks. i was lifting 135 pounds 8 times or so.

I pour 6 glasses of wine every day by myself well we don't want to over do things at my age
