I could be wrong but i think they would if you had enough of them and they were close to the plants.

so would one buld be good enough for each plact ? ( 2 bulbs 2 plants etc)

If you have loads of them you should try to totally surround the plants. I'd try to have at least 5 of them on each plant

I used 2 for just 1 seedling that I was bring outside to get it aclimated to the outside elements.So it did'nt stay under that light .It went outside.
