DXM to trip or not?

From readin around the forums I know a few of you have/do do DXM. I just bought 354 mg of it (good old publix brands cough surup) would yall recomend trying it or no? And should I toke if I do it?

Dextromethorphan HBr is what you want. I'de recommend tryin it, at least once. And yes, you want to smoke a bowl or two. It'll be that much better. I might trip DXM tonight actually. Only if I can get some bud though!.

Yeah try it, smoke one before you chug it, and then like another 30 minutes afterwords. Then once ur trippin if you can i guess you could smoke. Ive only done 300mg but i think the 300-400mg is a ideal dose.

does smokin before u do it prevent any nausea u would usually get ?

When I used to do it, it would take 1 or 2 hours to kick in. But thats just how long it took with me anyways. Make sure there are no other active ingredients in it, such as pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, guiafenessin(sp?), acetaminophen, caffeine. If there are, be careful and don't even bother taking it unless the only ingredient is dextromethorphan HBR and Guiafenessin. If it contains Pseudoephedrine or ephedrine don't even take it or you will risk having major problems my friend! Also, if it contains caffeine, be sure you dont overdose on that. 1 cup of cofee is about 100mg of caffeine so do the math and dont OD. And also if it contains acetaminophen make sure you dont take it. Or you may damage your liver. Acetaminophen can totally destroy your liver.

i mean its really not a heathy drug i used and abused it (2-3 times a week) for about 2 months and dont really regret it but if you do use it use it resonabley and toke up and be merry before

of course you should do it. It's one of the funnest trips out here. Take 350 mg for a first time. Make sure you have someone sober there htough. And do it with your firneds, by yourself isn't even that fun.

Well not for me, cuz the pills just give me this crappy feeling in my throat that makes me puke, but for some people it would.

for me usually an hour i can start to feel it, and by two hours im completely feeling it.

only done it once, it took about 2 hours to kick in. the high was weird, i wouldnt say it was in any way enjoyable, i just felt fucked up, like i had a weird head cold or something, or i had just had a concussion. the only slightly cool thing was the floating sensation, but the bad outweighed the good for sure.

I tried it once, about a month ago. Not a good trip. I had nausea close to the entire time. I felt strange, as well, but not in a good way. Smoking a bowl helped a little. I think it's just not my thing. Diphenhydramine is alot better.
