Ventilation system shorted (closet veg.), 2 Mothers exposed to 102 degrees for 2hours. Tops burned other leaves shriveled to half original size. Main stalk still sturdy. Five other females in flower room for one week. Will my 2 mothers(originally the best females) rejuevanate? Will they produce hermie clones? If selecting 2 other females on 12/12 for a week to be replacement mothers, wont this have a set of other problems due to hormonal confusion? Anybody experienced with this type of trauma, please give feedback. Times a running.

Thanx Snow Owl

If it's only a few hours, moist the plants every hour as long as the lights are on. Give them a good soak of just Ph adjusted RO water with Ph around 6.0 for a few day's. They will come back quickly and be fine. Raise the light to promote stretching and that will help to establish new growth quicker. Once they stabilize again you can trim off the dead parts of the leaf. You need to get the internal temperature of the plant down. Donā??t overfeed then with nutrients either. They need moisture more then extra nutrients at this point.

Unfortunately my favorite, most branched Mother's main stalk collasped internally. The other is still sturdy, but I opted to put in flower room for recovery while replacing mothers with two that have been on 12/12 for a week. I had to make a decision before I could obtain your advice. Will my new mothers face any hormonal confusion problems based on the 12/12 for the last week?

nope, a week into flower is no big deal.
